Service on holiday?

Went to pick n pay clothing bela bela over the holidays, seems their service was on holidays as well! So they lock the fitting rooms and trying to find someone to open them is just mission impossible! A lady saw me waiting but just turned her back on me and walked away, ive asked another lady to assist but she pretended to not hear and walked away and assisted at the tills, not wanting to make a scene infront of customers i just dropped the clothing on a shelf and left. My money might be a drop in the ocean for pick n pay but i wonder how much they are losing if 10 customers walks out daily?
