Service is totally bad I will not recommend it 2 anyone as specially when ordering via Mr D food

Service is totally bad I will not recommend it 2 anyone as specially when ordering via Mr D food. I've placed an order around 11:21 then my estimated time 4 delivery was supposed to be around 12:56 but now it's 13:36. What I hate mostly is that they don't communicate or even notify if they are running late , what kind of service is that?This store must be dealt with immediately
