Service is absolutely shocking!

I have ordered twice using the ASAP app and on both occasions the order was completed by Pick n Pay Flora Centre. On both occasions, they sent me items that I did not order and it seems that they are getting rid of dead stock using this app. I have raised this with ASAP and nothing has been done and I have been trying to contact the branch and there is no answer on their phone. I would like to receive what I paid for!!!
