Service is a zero - Missing items - Failed promised call backs - Ignoring customers calls

If I could give them a zero, I honestly would. I have had the absolute worst experience with PnP (Kenilworth Center) and PnP ASAP today, 25 Nov 2022. I placed my order early in the morning, around 07h00am, and ETA was between 08h00am - 09h00am. The status of the order had been stuck on 'preparing order' for HOURS. I decide to call to find out what is happening: 2 call center agents I got through to, were not helpful enough. The 3rd and last agent I got through to was very helpful, gave me all the details about the drivers whereabouts, etc. I call the driver who was assigned to deliver my order, she knew nothing about it, even after giving her the order number. She advised she will go check at the store - which she did, and advised me that the store did not have my order on their system. Mind you, my order was over R1500. To top it off, I get a notification on my ASAP app to say some of the items I ordered, were out of stock (money had already been taken out of my account). So imagine my frustration. I called 4 PnP's to find out if they might have my order, including the one in Kenilworth Center - and nothing. The lady who works at PnP KC, actually helped to look for my order on the system, came back and advised me that my order had only come through at that time (after 15h00). How this happened, I have no idea. She escalated my complaint to the supervisor, and the SV told me they would get my order out immediately, so I trusted them. 30 mins later - still no order. I call back, and she advised the driver was on the way. Driver gets here with my stuff, half of my items are missing, I call the SV back to let her know and she promised me, 4 times, that she would call me back - and I still have not heard anything. It is currently 18h35pm. I have called them multiple times and they are not answering any of my calls. They shall be seeing me tomorrow at the store. I have had enough of their atrocious service. DO BETTER AND GET BETTER MANAGEMENT ON YOUR TEAM!
