**** Service from PicknPay

PicknPay Palmridge has just voilated the consumer protection act... They advertised a combo of R350 for 10 kg maize meel, 10 cake flour and R10 tastic ric(note that they dont have it). Thry then wanted to offer us a cheap rice. Apparently top management made thst decision as per their manager Tsidiso... he gave me the regional managers name Mashudu... I feel really aggrieved cause we really needed this deal. THIS DEAL STARTED YESTERDAY UNTIL THIS COMIMG SUNDAY... how can they not have rice... I think they have the rice (tastic) at the back but want to sell that cheap **** rice to us as customers. Note this that I feel they are using this deal to get rid of their old stock with that cheap rice. They also claim that they do not do rain checks. I don't believe that. I need this to be resolved. Mr. Mashudu or his second in command please call me. I want this deal as it is my right as a consumer.
