**** service from pick n pay asap app

I placed an order on pick n Pay ASAP app 11:47am and the delivery time keeps changing. When i checked again the delivery time moved to the next day. The progress status says "preparing your order". Its 4 items! How is this possible. This is POOR POOR SERVICE AND UNACCEPTABLE!! I want a refund and will never ever use this useless app again. This is not same day delivery as promised!!
