Hi there,I'm trying to cancel an asap order because the delivery time keeps changing and I wont be home when they decide to deliver after 2 hours. No one is assisting and I immediately contacted them when I saw the delivery is in the next 2 hours ,even though they around the corner.

27 Oct 2024, 16:43I keep giving the picknpay app another chance because I can't understand why the delivery service is so terrible. Today Sunday 27 October 2024 the app stated from 7am this morning that the app was offline and I had to check back later ,finally i placed my order at 14:24pm and its 16:30pm and delivery time has been shifted by another 30 minutes. Bad service offered to the Beacon valley area because the Promenade store is incapable of properly servicing this area,does other areas have such ****ty service as well? Either way I'm done with Picknpay Asap .
