Service excellence - Sonja at PnP Hyper Montana

Yesterday we received excellent service from Sonja:

We would just like to make everyone aware of how incredibly helpful one of the PnP staff members was yesterday (Friday 20 Dec), and say a BIG THANK YOU to her, using this platform.

Her name is Sonja, but we don't know her surname unfortunately!

Sonja went out of her way to track down the Namaqa Cabernet Sauvignon wine that was on special, and that was out of stock (again!)! She took the trouble to contact a nearby PnP that had stock and even offered to get it collected for us. Fortunately that store had more than enough stock, and was on our way home, so she arranged with Sandile at that store, to keep us some.

This is true service excellence and is something rare in South Africa.....many businesses cannot even answer an email, or send a quote when asked, so hooray for Sonja and PnP!!!
