Service Excellence

<p>On Thursday morning we went to Pick n Pay Klipfontein and need some things for the staff . This is where Lesedi, a very friendly and helpful lady assisted us from packing in some fruits in the packets , then running up and down to see if they have stock of the juice we wanted. Unfortunately they did not have the juice in stock, but this did not stop her. She phoned the Pick n Pay at Highveld Mall and was very persistent in getting us what we needed. If that was not enough, she arranged with her manager for someone to pick it up and then even come to deliver it at our company. She is really a star and an example of taking pride in your company’s value. Well done Lesedi and Pick n Pay Klipfontein</p> <p> </p>
