Service delivery Sucks

I have been shopping at the Pick and Pay Bedford Center for the last eight years . In the last year the service has deteriorated and service at the checkout points is pathetic. Its all good and well to revamp a store and make it look pretty but its service that gets feet through the door<br> <br> It would seem that after 17hoo they go on skeleton staff Surely a store should staff up according to center shopping hours<br> <br> I requested that no bags be used . The packer carried on regardless . I repeated my request . Begrudgingly she unpacked the bags . Promptly left all the goods on the till . Eventually the teller had to move the goods to get more packing space <br> <br> They waited till my trolley was empty then started packing . When I called the manager, the usual happens . Vernacular is spoken and one might as well just not have bothered <br> <br> They should take a leaf out of the SPAR in VILLAGE VIEW They go the extra mile. I know where my next purchase is being done and it is not PICK and Pay.<br> <br> <br>
