Service delivery

Today we placed an order on Mr D for pick n pay groceries. Normally the addresses don't pick up the same on amo as on physical ground! However according to the driver she had claimed to drive past the house more than once. However we have been standing outside ever since a few minutes earlier. This lady got out of the car and started shouting claiming we had not been outside and making up lies! Which that is false. She only gave us our groceries after 5 min. I don't have a complaint against pick n pay but the drivers sent out from there. My order had arrived in perfect shape and nothing was missing! Service delivery needs to be better!!
