<p>,Hi my name is Devchand I shop at pick n pay verulam every week. The service that we receive at this pick n pay is very bad. The staff there never smile, they are never helpful and I feel that they are bringing the pick n pay name and brand down. I work in retail and go by by the ethics of pnp were you should smile then greet and serve. Where as at pnp verulam the staff and management act as if they are doing you a favour by serving you. All in all I will not shop at that pnp again and feel they should loss the status of been called a pnp store. </p>
