First time ordered was fine. Second time I was asked to replace the items out of stock which I did and paid the outstanding amount. Replaced items not delivered. And you cannot get hold of them, no matter how much you try. Emails not answered for three days. No answer on phone line - holding for hours with music playing. Absolutely unacceptable.
