Service / Attitude PnP Sinoville
I completely understand why Pick n Pay as a brand is suffering, based on the attitude of Branch Manager and Floor Manager of PnP Sinoville. On 10 April 2024 I visited this store looking for Day Double Walled Bottles advertised at Pick n Pay for R99.99. The Floor Manager, Sipho, told me it is too late to send someone to the storeroom close to 5pm to look for the 4 Moss (green) bottles reflecting in their stock at R99.99. He would attend first thing on Thursday, 11 April 2024, and phone me to confirm. No call received, so I visited store again at 9:30am on 11 April, and again he said he will check and phone me during the day. In the meantime I asked him to keep the 2 other colour bottles (Yellow and Sand) - 2 of each - until he has located the 4 Moss coloured on their stock, which he did. Again, no call??? So once again I went to the store on 12 April 2024 and this time I spoke to the Branch Manager: Ayanda. The 4 Moss bottles still reflected in their stock, however, she sent someone to look for them, but without any success. I logged an official complaint Ref No *** to PnP Customer Service and thereafter Ayanda instructed Sipho to place the last 4 bottles (2 x Sand & 2 x Yellow) back on the rack. I experienced this as extremely unprofessional, as she also spoke to the person who logged my complaint and KNEW that the complaint was being escalated and would take 24 to 72 hours to be resolved. I then bought 2 Sand coloured bottles at R199.99 each that had a sticker describing the BOTTLES as VACUUM FLASKS ***. The item is certainly NOT a vacuum flask!!!
