**** SERVICE AND NO FOLLOW THROUGH

I completed my first ONLINE Shopping. Lousy experience. They debit my Credit Card with a Reserve amount then debit with corrected amount. NOW 8 days later and they have still not reversed the RESERVE amount. I complained on the 15th ref *** NO RESPONSE or RESOLUTION. then went on WHATTSAPP no RESPONSE. So perhaps CHECKERS or WOOLWORTHS will be better.
