On Monday the 1st of March 2020, I went to pick n pay bloem plaza to purchase and withdraw money. The store adhered to covid-19 rules and was clean too. When I got to the till point I encountered some problems with my bank card (Tyme bank). Me and the cashier (Mampone) didn't understand each other but Joeline came along to assist, she was able to help me with regarding the bank and I was able to get all the help I needed.
The manager ( *****ba) also stepped in to assist clear the misunderstanding between me and Mampone, making sure I leave the store as a happy customer. I really appreciate the way the matter was handled by everyone, this showed that the people working at Pick n Pay Bloem plaza understand and value their customers.
I will surely be returning to the store for more shopping and great customer service. Employee of the week goes to Mampone, Joeline and *****ba.
