Useless service and blaming customers for their own mistakes. I wanted to buy two shirts that was marked off to R80 for 2. The special says buy 2 for R80 and they didn't allow me two buy the shirts because it was two different shirts, but all the shirts that was marked with the stickers were lying on the same platform and nowhere does it say that you can't mix and match and that you have to take two of the same shirts. The manager was very rude to me because I said its not my problem that it doesn't stand anywhere that you can't mix and match and she immediately gave the customers the fault of putting the shirts there that doesn't belong. In my opinion you never give the customer the fault. It wasn't my problem and they made it seem like it was. Worst service from a store and a manager. I will never in my life refer anyone to Pick n Pay Clothing at Ilanga Mall in Nelspruit Mpumalanga again.
