**** service

Pnp Maitland been a frustration for me since it opened. The store smells the service is below average and the aircon never works considering u always have to stand in a q for 15 min minimum for any purchase. Today was just the cherry on top with the butcher staff which was beyond unhelpful not willing to help and just blatantly rude when I requested basic service. I would like to point out that this is not my first bad experience in this shop and I will go out of my way to tell everybody I know how pathetic it is there and will never set foot there again even if I go hungry or my life depended on it. It is actually sad cz I spend almost R5000 per month there yet i always go home feeling extremely ****ed off. So goodbye and good riddance it's shoprite from now on
