I wanted to play the lotto but my kid wanted water. i went inside and got the worst attitude from the lotto guy (no name tag nor did he give me my receipt) even though i had just paid at 1 till for my water and chocolate(Irene Nonkwelo) had a baby in hand, lotto paper, a pen, car keys and cash i still was told rudely that the till 2 steps from the 1st is not for lotto. i had to go out side the shop to a hole that looked like a dump site with old sweet packaging and old newspapers to pay for my lotto FROM THE SAME TELLER. i couldn't even fit my hand in stupid hole and i was the only person paying. teach your people compassion and having dignity in what you do or hire managers that care about the people they serve. i live near by, people love the petrol attendants
