Serious Customer Service training needed at Pick n Pay New market mall in Alberton .

Extremely poor service from Superviser and CAshiers. I bought a pack of oranges ,n the package was torn , i asked the cahier to get another packet she told to go and ask the security , and then the security took me from pilar to post and i requested to speak to the supervisor and she came and she just stared at me , never said a wood . I had to ask for my money and leave the store , their behaviour was so unwelcoming .Extremely dissapointed . Service at the new market mall Picknpay its super poor , I just had a bad day with picknpay on that day . I wanted to buy chicken drumstick and they were 3 ladies working at the counter , they literally ignored me and they continues with their conversation as if im not waiting there. She only offered to assist after 10 minutes of waiting. Service is so bad that i wont refer my worst enemy there. thats how bad the service is
