Senior citizens deserve better service

It's the first time at a Pick n Pay namely PnP Hyper in Ottery CPT, that I have witnessed senior citizens especially those with walking aids, having to stand in extremely long queues.. In fact, this is the only PnP that I have seen such I'll-treatment and pathetic customer service towards the elderly. The manager even told an elderly lady with her walking aid to go stand at the back of a long line, which I think is ridiculous, I mean it's part of Woolies ethos that senior citizens be helped first and Checkers does it as well, as well as many other PnP branches but this huge Hyper clearly has no respect for those who clearly needs a bit of sympathy and help.
