Selling rotten chicken
Last week bought 5 trays of chicken, when I started cooking it started to smell, returned it and they gave me my money back. Again this week went to buy 4 trays cooked 1 tray only when my family started to eat they said the chicken tasted funny, went to smell the other trays and yes there was some foul odour, went back again to exchange at pick n pay tygervalley, this lady at customer service says why did I not also bring the cooked chicken, I told her I actually travelled 30KM(from Phillipi) to bring back the foul smelling chicken, and now you want me to bring the cooked chicken, she then said in future you need to bring it. There was no apologies for selling rotten chicken or acknowledgment for having to make another trip to bring back the chicken.
