Selling old confectionery

I purchased plain and cream doughnuts at your Strand Street branch in Cape Town on Monday, 22 June, however it was rock hard and I returned it on Tuesday and was offered my cash back, no apology by the manager. On Tuesday, 23, at your Obs branch, I arrived at the bakery, ordered cream doughnuts and the lady told me that it was the previous days and she showed me, it was rock hard. This was just after 3pm on Tuesday. She then told me to purchase at the counter in front of the store and that should be fresh. Taking her word and purchased cream doughnuts and 4 chocalate round doughnuts. Needless to say, this I purchased in order to share with my neighbours for Ramadaan. When I felt it, to my surprise that was old as well. I took a bite from a cream doughnut and round doughnut both were rock hard. I could not give this to the neighbours let alone eat it myself. I will never purchase from your bakery and I will make sure my friends know as well. PATHETIC
