Selling expired yogurt

I went to this PicknPay for the first time today. I noticed adverts expressing a "Freshness promise". Well they failed to deliver on that promise... I quite like their store brand yogurt, and was planning on buying some. The mixed berry picknpay yogurt in particular. Well not only had the "Sell by" date finished, but so had the "use by" date. Admittedly, the use by date was only the day before today, but that still does not excuse the product remaining on the shelf beyond the sell by date. So I informed the manager, Aston. Then I continued shopping and found the same store brand yogurt and same flavor in its own special little area. Except this time, the use by date was several weeks ago! I informed the manager again.

Well well well PicknPay, whats this freshness promise all about then? Clearly you don't believe Houtbay customer deserve the freshest products.

I suppose I chose a one star rating because the products were still on the shelves by the time I was done shopping. I also believe that I should be compensated for bringing this to the attention of management. If I had gone off and bought the product out of malice, and then complained, I would have been reimbursed and then some, but doing the right thing and informing management does not lead to any reward? Well well well. I'll be complaining more in future I suppose. PnP is welcome to add several point to my smart shopper card as a special thanks for bringing this dishonest practice to their attention.
