Selling damaged goods

This needs your attention, I made a purchase on the 15th of July 23, 1 item was damaged, order number ***, I have reported it via email, on the same day, with case number 889578, I haven't got any feedback since then, I'm not too sure what's next step to take. Wrote to you via twitter and attached pics, but still no feedback.
