Selling burnt food

<p>Twice I have bought good from Blue Hills pick n pay, trips to be exact and from the smell I asked the last serving if it was burnt as something smelt burnt and she said no. Upon arrival at home it tasted burnt. This is unacceptable to deceive customers to make a rand. Just to add that ther service is poor and theres never anyone to helo at the bakery and convenience section , you eait forever to be served. </p>
