Selfless act of kindness
I went to Pick n Pay yesterday to get a few things for a braai. I didnt have a lot of stuff to pay for, and as expected looked for the till which had the least people. Another lady and I got to one of the teller which was open and as we got there the teller gave us the notification to put over our trolley to notify other clients that she was going to close her till and they had to go stand in another queue. One of the other teller by the name of Regina, who was already closed and on her way to tea, came to fetch me and the lady behind me and told us to come pay by her till which she opened of us, and informed us that the teller where we wanted to pay was pregnant and had to go to the loo. I just want to commend Regina for this selfless act of kindness towards a fellow employee, taking a bit extra work on herself so that the pregnant teller can get to the much needed loo (any woman that has been pregnant knows how urgent that can get)! In today's world you seldom find a person who is prepared to do just that little bit extra that is not expected of them in order to make a fellow human beings life a bit easier. So I just want to say a big "Well done" Regina, and I want to thank you for you selfless act of kindness. I really wish the world had more people like you, then this world would be a much better place. Stay the awesome, sweet and humble person that you are. We as the public do take note of things like this.
