Selective customer service
The customer service at Pick n Pay Claremont Main road is selective. You would swear that the staff is told that good customer service is for everyone else except black customers. It’s as if your money, as a black customer does not add value.

02 Oct 2019, 14:05The cashier had forgotten to pack my toilet paper pack and I turned back and said to reminded her. Instead of apologizing she blamed me saying it couldn’t fit in my bag and I took the toilet paper pack and it fitted and I showed her. She still went on about how it was my fault, mind you she mixed my food with detergent and fabric softener and I had to tell to separate those. I reported her to the front line manager and she brushed me off with a “We will talk to her “,no apology .
