Seemed like a small complaint until managers attitude towards me

Today during lunch quickly popped in to P&P Equestria in Rossouw street. Bought a couple of items including an HTH for my pool. Clearly marked as R84 on rack with products oright on top of it packed. Bought one as I know Builders currently asks R105. Got to till I noticed it was put through as R114. Afterasking why the price was more than the rack "the normal not believing of a client having to estcourt you to the rack showing out the price issue." Highly embarressing in the first place. How dare you act as if clients are alway having to lie about a price if that is what we see on the rack ? Requested they must remove it as I am not going to pay more as advertised to clients. Claimed it was for a 1.5l HTH and mine and others on the rack above the price with no other HTH products on the same rack was 1.6l but as per my pictures as proof in my posession wording hidden etc. After paying, the lady that reversed the transaction asked me to acompany her to her manager. She was sitting with two other people in the bakery/restaurant section. I explained to her and said that a client should pay as per my knowledge of legislation what you see as marked price. I also mentioned that I am prepaired to go to ombudsman or advertising board. She aske me in front of other staff sitting with her and clients on tables next to herwhat was done for me to rectify. I told her only to reverse transaction. She asked whether the bar code was same. Sorry I do not work for P&P end do not work with your bar codes etc. She then said if barcode was different then thats it even if marked the way it was. I said fine then I will be left with no option to take matter further. She mumbled something like fine do what you want or whatever and I turned around after this questioning session in front of other shoppers and public plus staff. I am hugely humeliated by this actions and attitude. I want P&P H/O to provide their feedback before i proceed to other organisations for assistance regarding this matter. What an absolute cheek. How dare she treet me like a ******** ? I will take this as far as it needs to go just to prove my point.
