Security tag not removed from clothing item bought

Wow are your clothing stores really useless. I bought a t-shirt as a gift, that is being shipped via courier first thing tomorrow morning, only to find that the security tag is still on it!!! And now there is no way to get it removed before the courier pick up. Really pathetic service. Last time I'm buying from your stores
