Security guard rude

Good day,

I am very angry at Pick & Pay Westgate.

Today I went there to quickly pick up a couple of things. Firstly there was no one at the parcel counter. So I ask the manager what should I do with my trolley. He said that I should park it by security. I approached the security at the entrance he started to go through my parcels I asked him what is he busy doing? He showed me that he wanted to tie the parcels. That is not what I wanted, all I wanted was to park the trolley, fetch my items and leave. He showed me out of Pick & Pay, of which an argument ensued between me and him. He threatened me saying that I don't know him? Is that the way to speak to a customer? To eye me down? Who gives him the right to throw me out of Pick & Pay? He did not listen. The manager did little to stop the argument or to correct Karabo attitude. It is not to say that if he is holding the bottle of sanitizer and checking if we wear our mask that he can treat customers the way he treated me. Simple manners. Courtesy and customers service goes a long way. Due to his attitude I will never go to Pick & Pay ever again.
