SECURITY AT PNP TOKAI

I was standing in the line at pnp tokai for about 20 mins. I wanted to use an "empty" till point when the security politely told me the line is for sassa people only which I respected. What I didn't like was when two police officers came to the very same line I was in (sassa line and I won't mention the ethnicity of security lady or officers) the very same security lady politely directed them to the customer care till. Now are we as so called ordinary customers not important or in an enough hurry that we have to wait in the long lines of pnp tokai. That only certain individuals get the privilege of being directed to the other "empty till points. Your store and security suck and I won't shop here ever again. Surely my few hundred rand won't damage you but I wonder how many other customers suffered the same fate I did while visiting your store
