Second wear and shoe broke
I bought clothing a week before I started work and I'm only a few days back at work. I only wore this shoe twice and the buckle broke now at work.

12 Jan 2023, 14:43My clothing I basically wear is most from pick n pay clothing. Now you telling me to send all this information which I don't have a problem with for a refund or return. This is costing me more, which is not fair to a loyal customer. I do our work shopping and personal shopping at pick n pay. I attended meetings today with broken shoes and it cost me to drive home and back to work due to this. I don't think it is fair for an exchange or refund only. And now I still have to drive to your store to return the shoes.
