Pick n pay are such ********!!!! Ordered from ASAP app but was told the order didn't go through yet my money was deducted from the bank account. I tried twice but it kept saying no current order. I eventually left and order from another shop. After I had the grocery delivery from the other shop, pick n pay came with a delivery. When tried to call I was sent from pillar to post until the call got cut off. So I want my money refunded to my account not as credit on their wallet. It's not the 1st time, last time they sold me stale meat and promised it will be refunded to their wallet....to date that has never happened and that was 2months ago. With the current order I want my money refunded to the bank account.
