******** - they don't deliver items and won't refund you

I ordered our shopping from Bottles as of Covid we did want to leave home too often. It was over R3500. They delivered a few items and told me everything else was delivered. I did a check and 10 items which they said was delivered was not. I complained with about 5 emails as there is no contact number. This is a week later and R1000 worth of items still missing. Customer service is atrocious.
