The service at Pick n Pay Bonaero is ****, they are quick to take money but it's a problem to refund. I went to pick n pay Bonaero Park in Kempton park to buy, the till did not give me a slip I was told to pay again and if the first transaction went through they'll refund my money at that time I did not have my phone with me. Later on when I checked my phone I see 2 transactions went off, I went back to the store and I told them that my banking app shows 2 transactions went off and the supervisor told me that she cannot find my transaction I must wait for 3 working days. I'm not happy about that service, I don't have time to be running up and down going to pick n pay because they can't see my transaction How is it my problem that they can't see my transaction when I'm presenting them with proof
