I ordered on line in November 2022. The delivery vehicle arrived and told us they were not carrying the correct stock and they would be coming back. I followed up via email and subsequently via telephone in December'22 and January'23, respectively. Surprisingly I was recently sent an sms that the ticket for my query has been closed. No delivery has been done to date.
