****med by Pickn pay Lemontree then given the run around 8 days later still no refund of my hard earned money

I'm went to Pick n Pay Lemontree in Alberton 10/11/2021 wanted to withdraw money from my Standard bank account. On the particular day funds went off immediately yet I didn't receive the money. I spoke to the manager Cindy who escalated the matter called the head office. I showed her my bankstatement. The head office has been giving me the run around since then asking which date was the transaction for days now. I called Standard bank which I was told it's a pick n pay issue. On the same day people were told they can't swipe using their cards after the incident because cards were offline on their system. I want my refund I can't keep wasting my petrol going to check how far or what needs to be done so I can get my money two transactions took place but they won't even investigate ****med by Pick n pay Lemontree
