**** **** ****
I want to congratulate Pick 'n Pay on their ingenious approach to promoting products (Nivea health care products in this case) as currently seen in adverti*****ts issued by the company (Get 3 products but only pay for 2, the cheapest of the 3 being free). The resourcefulness and intelligence with which these promotions are handled by staff is noteworthy.

I had the privilege of experiencing their brilliance whilst accompanying my partner during a grocery shopping outing recently. Whilst moving through the beauty/health care section, we noticed a stand filled with Nivea products, pink pieces of glossy paper stating the 3 for 2 **** scattered all over the stand. We duly selected 3 products and continued our pleasant shopping experience.

After paying, my partner happened to notice that we had in fact been charged for all 3 products supposedly on promotion. On notifying the personnel at the customer care desk about this error, we where told that because all 3 the products were priced the same, there was no \cheapest"one"
