I ordered on their ASAP app, my money was deducted and in less than 24 hours I was told that the product is out of stock, mind you the special is running from the 5th to the 18th of December, that time I ordered on the 7th. I was told via email that I'd get refunded. Instead my money is sitting in their wallet and cannot be EFTed back into my account as that service is not working and they claim that their technicians are working on resolving the problem, it's been a week, their call center staff is rude, to a point that they hung up on me when I demanded my money back. How I wish I would've read the reviews before making an online purchase
