Due to wide advertising, I decided to open a Tyme account at Pick n Pay Bluff. Today, I experience a real ****!!! It seemed very easy. It takes your photo and asks for you ID to be punched in, then your two thumb prints. It then sends a password/number to your phone to get the card. It took all my details, then failed to send the number to my phone. I tried again. Again it took my thumb prints and again it didn't send a number to my cell phone. The third time, I got someone from Pick n Pay to help me. He was very kind Sphisihle. But even he failed. Now that someone has my ID number and my thumb prints, I am afraid that they will use it to **********ly withdraw all my money from other accounts!!! This is a **** and I'm upset that Pick'nPay promotions such ********** shenanigans.
