**** - Do not buy from them!

I placed an order on April 8. An item for R222 was never delivered. I was told on 14 April that my refund will be processed within 3 - 5 working days. It has now been 10 working days and I STILL dont have a refund. No one ever answers the phone and no one has rep**** to any of my emails I have been sending!!
