Good day. I am so livid and upset. I ordered today on PnP asap, order number #***. Everything was out of stock. So I was told to choose other items, which I didn't want to. After a while I get a refund of R94 but I pay R129. Then I get a message the driver is on his way. To deliver what??? Nothing was in stock..... Then another message driver arrived, order delivered. Uh no I was home, no one delivered anything, as nothing was in stock.... So why did u keep my R35 delivery fee, if all items are out of stock.... I want my full refund. This is a ****. And I can't get thru when I phone. I don't get reply on email. First and last time il ever support this ****. Please sort out asap .....

06 Dec 2022, 16:32I'm sorry but that's a weak excuse .... My emails get ignored. Ive been fighting to get my money for non divert for a week now. I can't get the eft link to work and no one seems to care. ******* app and service. I've wasted more time and money trying to sort this out just to get the money owing to me
