**** and bad service

I'm not happy with Pick n pa and RCS. I have made payment via EFT on my pick n pay account. right now i'm receiving emails and calls harassing me saying i have not paid them.

I was advice to use my smart card number as reference when making payment by their customer service. Now they can't trace the payment because i used my my smart card number as reference. I have sent them a POP with my ID number advising them to allocate the funds accordingly. They have listed me as well as increasing the interest fee. Also on their EFT payment option it does say use smart card number as reference.
