I shopped at Pick 'n Pay in Rosebank Mall in February. I was ****** by a woman claiming to be a PnP staff member. The items ****** from me amount to a total of R14 000. When I approached the security lady she laughed and said "Ha! You have been ****med". Thereafter, the manager laughed as I made a phone call to ask someone to fetch me, explaining the story to them. As a store that frequently has student shoppers, I am disappointed and frankly, shaken up. For months I was unable to return to a supermarket alone, and have not returned to PnP at Rosebank Mall. I have advised my friends and family not to shop there as they will be ****med and left without any form of protection.
