Today I made a purchase at pick and pay express meadowlands zone 8 and they took money twice from my account only realised when I got home when I check the notifications. I went back and got terrible customer service by Itumeleng Ramathe. I cannot believe how awful the experience was and the unhelpful manager that did nothing to resolve my issue.
