SATISFIED!!

I would just like to commend Ayoob(not sure about the spelling) on the excellent service rendered to my husband and I.

We were there to do a cash deposit into an Old Mutual Money Account and I asked the security guard where I need to go and he referred me to the Customer Service desk and obviously, I did not get assistance.

I then proceeded to ask a few cashiers and no one knew how to do this. My husband then called Ayoob who explained that they need a certain code and I explained that I do not have the code he is asking for, I was told to generate a wicode from my cellphone banking.

We were just about to leave when he came running asking us to wait as this is a new product/service and they're not fami**** with it... long story short, he was the only one who went that extra mile to actually assist us.

Shukran Ayoob :) The store needs more employees with your attitude and willingness/eagerness to assist.
