sarcasims from staff

I visited the pick n pay in sanbel bellville this morning, after i completed my shopping of 9 items i wanted to go pay for my items, i went to the express check out and found there was no one to help so i went round to the kiosk where there was a lady named Gail working i pack out my 9 items and she had the nerve to count the items and said i have 9 items and this is a 5 item check out and she pointed at the board above indicating 5 items, she also made the comment that she is just following the rules now i am all for rules but if there is no one to help at the express till then you serve the customer after all its the customer that pays their salary. <br> <br> After completion of check out the cashier from express returned now maybe i wrong if you are the only cashier at your station you don't leave your area unless you have cover.<br> <br> At the normal pay area there was only 3 tills open out of a possible 10, poor management of tills and your tills leave a customer with the last impression of a store and mine was not very good.
