Samsung 58 inch Pick n pay hypermarket Boksburg

I'm so disappointed, angry and fed up the way Pick n pay hypermarket is treating their customers, even today I still haven't been assisted , yesterday I went to the shop asking for refund hence I still haven't received my TV ( Samsung 58 inch) and they refused to give me my refund back telling me that Samsung is the one that supposed to allow them to credited me while I bought a TV from them ( Pick n Pay) , so what I'm asking now is that I no longer want that TV anymore & can I please get my money back so that I can buy another TV somewhere else where I will get better service 🙏🏾. I stayed at the shop more than 2 hrs and they promised to give me another TV but after some time they told me that Pick n Pay head office refused to allow them to give me that TV , ist how they operate? So with all due respect I'm asking Pick n pay hypermarket to give my money back, I have been patient for so long 😭 Just imagine 3 months without TV.
