Samkelisiwe and Jo Anna need to learn manners

When the manger and staff have no manners it’s beyond disappointing. So I went inside the wine place in the pnp Pavilion to find no cashier so I took the item I needed and went about. When i get to the express till I am served by Samkelisiwe while tries to force me to go to the liquor store and mind you it 2min before 7. When I say no I am not willing to do such shes calls her manager Jo -anna whom says to me I must gi yo the liquor shop or she will go nd open da wine area till for me. I say open da wine area till me and bought burst out laughing as if there was a comedian cracking a joke. This kind of behavior I would only expect from a mental ill person as I was not in the wrong I must be served were I have purchased not be forced to go to another place.
